Data Archiving caters to this issue by performing a backup of the unused data and moving it to a separate storage state – the Archive State.   • Requests that have been moved to the archived state (archived requests) will be removed from the current active requests list. These archived requests are considered as a separate set with separate search options and reports.
  • Archive the requests based on the status and time period.
  • Allow exceptions based on criteria like priority, category etc.Also, multiple exceptions can be added.
  • Schedule the archive based on the parameters like request status and time period.
