In addition to sending response to the manager, SNMP
agents have the ability to send unsolicited messages
to managers, when they detect some undesirable event.
In SNMP terminology, these unsolicited message is called
Trap or Notification. The WebNMS SNMP Agent toolkit supports
traps/notifications in all the three versions of SNMP.
