You define a configuration to execute a script in the client machines. But, it never seems to execute.
Security software such as Symantec or Mcaffe running in the client system may be blocking the script from getting executed.
Refer to the KBs of the respective security software and change settings accordingly so that they allow the execution of scripts you have configured.
