Performance Validation is done on the agent to check
its capability when different types of operations are
performed and to find out the approximate performance
metric of the agent. Requests are sent to the agent
on a Scalar OID and/or a Table OID for this purpose.
Performance metric of an agent is defined by the time
taken by the agent to decode the PDU, fill it with the
response value, encode it, and send it to the manager.
